In-person assessments are available on a limited basis and may be required periodically if you are prescribed controlled substances.

An initial consultation lasts between 60 to 90 minutes and includes a thorough diagnostic interview, medication management and the development of a individualized treatment plan. Lab testing and nutritional supplements may be recommended. Follow up visits generally last up to 30 minutes. We treat:
